Hilo MMA fighter and Brazilian Jui-Jitsu Black Belt Reagan Penn will be returning to the cage on November 5th in Moline, Illinois at the iwireless center. There has been a lot of speculation as to who his opponent might be, but today it was announced on BJ Penn.com that it will be 6’1 178lbs Evan Cutts of Dallas. Cutts hold an unblemished record of 2-0 and was named “Amateur Fighter of the year” on ESPN.go.com’s list of best of Dallas Fourth Worth MMA in 2010.
