Ultimate Fighting Championship Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones has Pleaded Guilty to his May 19th DWI in Binghamton, New York.
The Ithaca New York resident entered his guilty plea to the misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated. The judge suspended his driving privileges while ordering him to undergo an alcohol abuse and dependency evaluation.
Jones will be back in court June 19. He could face a year in jail and fines of up to $1,000. Jones’ attorney told the judge his plea agreement was for a fine and conditional discharge so jail time will be avoided.
